Nicholas Was…
Older than sin, and his beard could grow no whiter. He wanted to die.
The dwarfish natives of the Arctic caverns did not speak his language, but conversed in their own, twittering tongue, conducted incomprehensible rituals, when they were not actually working in the factories.
Once very year they forced him, sobbing & protesting, into Endless Night. During the journey he would stand near every child in the world, leave one of the dwarves’ invisible gifts by its bedside. The children slept, frozen into time.
He envied Prometheus and Loki, Sisyphus and Judas. His punishment was harsher.
Ho.
Ho.
Ho.

He’s Back

Yes, this is what I did Tuesday night.
As a kid, I was a huge Superman fan, the evidence of which today is mostly a pile of old chipped and tarnished Christmas ornaments and some pictures and artwork around my Mom’s house.
I think I’m a fan again.

Dear Winter:
Please go fuck yourself.
Sincerely, etc.
Boys And Their Toys
I really can’t say any more here than I did in the notes on the page, so loo there for more. This is the super-discounted, ridiculously-detailed toy I bought today at the K*B Toy outlet.
