From a resume I receieved:
Facilitated development of cross-LOB solutions that combined knowledge of particular business processes and issues, general technological options, and process facilitation techniques.
Can anyone tell me what this says? In English?

“Worked on an in-house accounting project.”
Or, possibly,
“No real experience, but I own my own dictionary/thesaurus!”

LOB applications. And “facilitated development,” I might add, generally means “I helped. Maybe. A little.” Or, “I was the policy wonk who suggested it, and other people did the actual work-type-stuff.”

Like I said. “Worked on an in-house accounting project.”
I totally vote that you call the guy in for an interview so you can say, “So tell me about your role in this LOB solution,” and watch him squirm and try to come up with a way to explain that he sat in on a code review because they needed someone to take notes.
